Pre-Consultation Screening
A pre-consultation questionnaire is required in preparation for all scheduled consultations. Please have answers to screening questions available prior to scheduling consultation appointment. Screening questions are located in the contact-us section of this website
Consultation
All services will be explained in detail. NEEDED: Pre-consultation answers along with your end-of-life wishes are required to complete your profile. The consultation is by appt. only and the fee is non-refundable. $40
Pre-Planned Arrangments
Your pre-planned arrangements will be ready two weeks after consultation. $75pp fee is due upon delivery.
Pre-Planning Packet
Contains info, forms, & charts to assist you in pre-planning on your own. $60pp + $15 S&H or Delivery
Arrangement Services
Assist in making final arrangements. This includes necessary phone calls to funeral homes, crematories, and cemeteries to schedule appts. Also, a briefing beforehand of what to expect if necessary. This service includes a pre-planning packet for the next-of-kin or payer only. $150 Fee due before services are rendered.
Workshop
An intensive group discussion w/ activity on the subject of death. This includes a pre-planning packet for each paid attendee.

End-of-Life Doula Services
To provide compassionate companionship & holistic care to the terminally ill. This includes monitoring and reporting to the hospice staff. Doula services also provide respite care to the caregivers and support to the families throughout the entire end-of-life journey. The goal is to honor the life of your loved one with dignity in a meaningful way.
$75/hr Minimum 1 hour
